Download a mod/mods you would like to use. I prefer the following sites: wow.curse.com wowui.worldofwar.net warcraft-mods.com Extract the archive's folder to this directory: C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns Restart WoW (if you have to) and start playing!
