All my WIP's
These are my keys to making a map:
1. ZombieMod Maps should be small
- Nobody likes waiting for ever to find a hidden human. Specially when your dead.
- Small maps are good for optimization and gameplay. Source engine isn't good for big environments. It gets laggy and low fps.
2. Nice Maps Win downloads
- Custom textures always attracts the eye seeing that it looks different.
- Most good looking maps get downloaded even if it's laggy. example; de_wanda But just make sure it's at least around 35+ fps not 15 ha~
3. A new or improved idea
- After playing zm a lot, you know what people want, or you want. So make it possible and get creative.
- Their is always maps that could be improved gameplaywise. Or recreating a movie scene. |
