Urban Warfare Mod Interview

Ok, i got the idea to make an interview with the studio's members after lolz22 ask me what he will do on the mod.
The Interview is simple, post here if you want to join the mod crew and i'll make some questions to you about your devskills. For now is just me and Teh_Frowner are on the crew.
I need the following devskills:
-Mapper
-Compiler
-3D Artist
-Spriter
Experience is required.
If you aren't a memebr of our studio and want to try a role in the mod, pm me.

Features List for now:
-4 new terrorist classes
-4 new counter-terrorist classes
-CZero militia & spetznas
-7 new weapon slots
-Bazooka (same model from HL1, for now)
-Claymores
-Fire Grenades (same model as HE)
-Primary weapons on the back when you are using pistold, etc... (like css)
-You can drop money
-After you get dead, all of your weapons will be on the ground (like css)
-New lights
-Rank system (like Bf2)
-Flag Capture system (like bf2)
-Deatch Match system
-Night Vision mod (when activated, the maps are pitch black and everyone uses nightvision)
-Realistic sprites, skins and effect
-Remote C4s
-Realistic snipping
-After being very hit in the legs, your speed will slow down
-new sounds & radio commands
-the admins of the server have different models of the normal ones
-Modern Warfare mod (the players can pick up classes)
