When we look for members to work with us, we don't just look for people who already have a lot of skill in what they do, we look for people who look like they have a high potential for becoming something great in what they do. Just because the person doesn't have a lot of skill now, doesn't mean that they won't have a lot of skill a few months from now. Then when other people want this skilled person, we'll already have them working with us. A lot of people look for people who are already really skilled in what they do, not what they could be in the future, we look for both types of people. Both those with skill, and those who will be gaining skill soon in the future.
