This studio is mainly dedicated to teaching members fun new techniques within Hammer to help them to extend their map making experience and provide them with valuable knowledge about making interesting prefabs and really fun, playable maps

*Our Roster is now OPEN! If you think you can work well with those in this Studio, we would be more then welcome to have you!

- all ages are welcome but you must be serious about mapping, modelling or skinning or some other applicable skill that can benefit the map-making community and this studio's members.

- there is no set post amount, but it is encouraged that members post at least 4 items per year under the studio banner to maintain member status

- various collaborative projects are available for group completion by the right individuals,

Well unfortunately guys i'm leaving, seems nobody on here talks or releases anything, and i need room to join another mod.

i may re-join later, and i will leave it up to mrwhite to decide what to do with it.

Whoops...

I was kind of playing with the payroll feature seeing how many points we got for a studio release... and i accidentally payed 2 of you.. (again) not realising it still had the numbers in from last time.

ah well.. have fun with bonus points.

on another note, feel free to look at my new prefab if you haven't already

I have never played the map, where are these numbers displayed? on the H.U.D ? or in game text ?

most likely needs a math_counter, and some kind of entity/tigger to output when you jump ?

I know point_client command can run commands on players like make them jump, but i don't know if it can turn a player command into an input/output :S

have a play around with math_counters and triggers to see if you can get that to count the amount of jumps. im not sure how they did it, but thats how i would guess how they did it.

if not try decompile the map and take a look.

also @ x-tr3m3r, i don't think you can. it dosn't matter its only 20 points.

what i want is like jumping rope which rotates and get faster each 360 degrees

if can someone help i will be grateful.
this for my upcoming map surf_centrificual

and i don't know how to work with the func_tracktrain

for example:

the block go >>>>(moving)>>>>
but when it return the block go <<<<(teleporting)<<<<
it go suddenly not moving can someone help?

I can help you with the first one. You can use logic_timer or any kind of trigger.
