FPSB is looking for gamers and game developers with experience writing articles, news, tutorials, interviews or reviews/previews. If you are interested and have what it takes please email luke.shirley@fpsbanana.com with your resume, including prior writing experience, links to some of your work and the topics you would like to write about that are related to game customization or FPS gaming.
FPSB will pay you $10 per page (~500 words), so if your article is 2 pages we'll pay you $20. Your article should also be accompanied with pictures and videos where applicable. You must have an academic level of English and grammar and basic knowledge of HTML, though this is not essential.

I have written a lot of stuff, and a wide variety as well. anything from speeches to essays to tutorials on how to be a better engineer in TF2.

I'll write for you guys. I have absolutely no experience writing video game articles, but I write articles for my school paper, which always get very positive response from readers.
I am well-spoken, and have a wide vocabulary, great grammar and spelling skills, and I definitely know a good story when I see one.
I will also work for FREE! I don't want money, but if you replace the $10 value with 1000 points ($20 with 2000, etc.) then I would be more than happy to work for you guys.

Would a purely video tutorial be OK for this? I can do some on beginner modelling in max (stuff like basic boolean operations, viewport setup and navigation tips, basic plane modelling, smoothing, renderer set-up, stuff like that) and set making in PS CS2. I could write them out as well if they need to be mainly text-based.
and you probably can't tell by this, but I've been in honors or AP level english all four years of high school.

Double EDIT: I emailed you guys. I think it would be a great experience to write some game reviews for Fpsb. Yea as far as examples of what we want, we get into specifics after you email. I'll just forward you what were looking for in the near future. I don't want to post all of our ideas of upcoming articles.
