Dude I just wanted to say that when someone messages you on your profile don't quote them or talk to them on your own profile message them on the reply you want to do on there profile so they will read it.

Why was your thread trashed? -.- Anyways, that was Hammer in the screenshot you posted, as small as it was. That guy was just using a custom Theme for Windows. As far as I know, Hammer is the only map editor for CS:S and pretty much every Source game.
