Your post is unconstructive and does not help the author improve in any way. The point of assessing on FPSB is to provide feedback which encourages the author to improve on their submission. The feedback you provided doesn't encourage him to improve at all.

Why? monitors all look alike. They all have the same shape. But that doesn't mean that the folks making them are stealing each other...

He didn't steal the layout. He might have used your ideas, but when you say that he stole the layout, it means that he literally decompiled the map, took the layout, and edited it.
