Ive been animating for a few years now, im the animator at resurrection-studios. i started there as a beta tester, then a fried of mine helped me get into 3d animation, before i did 3d animation i did animation with power point then about a year later i moved on to flash and made some cartoons, then finally i wanted to make 3d animation. ive worked on many bf2 mods such as: xww2, AIX, and IDF. ive worked on some unreal mods called: Dead Epidemic and some other random ones that i cant remember. i did all the weapon animation for the doom 3 mod: full metal jacket. and finally i wanted to move onto source. i must say that out of all the game engines ive animated for source by faaar is the easiest, no wonder there are soo many community animators. im currenty just animating with the css arm rig and pretty soon the insurgency rig thaks to sick420. im working on viral outbreak mod for hl2 and just aslo animating for fun and such. well that me so far folks. :D

hey dude, im glad you like my animation work, i really apperciate the good comments. yea i may look into making more tuts. still workin on a bf2 mod called bf2 assualt, ive been looking for a good weapon to animate for css or something. but thanks for the comment and i will definity look into making more tuts, have you seen my css animation walkthrough by chance, if u havnt take a look. and you are good at aniamting too duder, keep at it :D


hmm it sounds like u just gotta reverse your order of linking. hand to gun visa versa

Yes, I've seen all your videos on youtube :D
My only problem with animating is that i'm not sure of the linking method (linking parts of the gun together and link the gun to the hand), because when I want to move the right hand, the one that holds the weapon, I can't because it's linked to the gun ! Do you think it's the right way to animate ?
