Hey man, I was wondering what you used to make those different eyes in your terminator skin (great job by the way). I'm working on a new skin pack and want to change one of the eyes on my heavy, is it in the VMT?

I'm 100% willing to teach you as much as I know in terms of the ropes for modeling, texturing, and basic compiling for Valve / TF2 Source games. Overall it is a very simple process, just learning the new program and functions is the tedious part. I use XSI Mod Tool, which is a version of Softimage XSI that is completely free and legit to use, it has a few limited functions but works perfect for anything you want to do for TF2, and Source games, etc. So we can set up a time, preferably on a weekend, that we can get together and I can teach you how to use the programs and the basic process.

Sounds a little complex for a beginning start, but it is definitely possible to do. I would focus first though on something more basic, just to get the hang of compiling models, etc. Do you use any 3d modeling programs currently?
