Use somekind of a rendering tutorial (also on the site) , The best ones are made by rendering in 3ds max... Just check all out.... Tip: good screenshots are taken on HIGH resolution and texture/model/shader/etc. detail.

If I were you, I'd leave it for me thinking that no one deserves it, just me... Then I'd just try to reskin something else like, maybe the.... Donno, there are kinda small amount of Map Textures...............

Um,I think it's called the "NVIDIA NormalMap Filter" (Plugin for photoshot (CS3 recommended)) that can be found in the tool section. But I can say from my experience that phong (exp) parts are best for weapons (then there is the ref-maps but they piss the whole texture...) Normalmaps are the best for hand skins ans player skins.
