If you delete the original then it would be allowed as it will deduct any points gained from it originally. Otherwise normally one just edits the submission and it does appear on the updated page for tools.

God damn... I just send a long message to you, but it wouldn't send... That suxs... The map is a beta, I am currently addicted to Guild Wars, so I don't get anything done... I have design for at least one map more, but I haven't started making it yet... (Your computer sound better at least you have games)
