| CSA - Community Submission Assessment |
CSA is FPSB's experimental community self-moderation initiative aimed at reducing administration burden and giving users the ability to participate in the moderation of submissions. Any registered user can either approve or disapprove a submission. When approving, the user acknowledges that the submission has no grounds for disapproval. When disapproving, the user feels that the submission breaks one or more fundamental rules.
When approving or disapproving, a user must provide written feedback to the author. Constructive feedback, in our view, is the most important part of the artistic process and for this reason we moderate unconstructive criticism heavily.
If the author finds your assessment unfair or a mistake, they can appeal it. If your assessment is appealed you will be notified. You can revise your assessment or choose to refuse the appeal. If you refuse the appeal, or the author rejects your revised assessment, an admin will then resolve the dispute. |
