Hahaha, anyone of F3 lovers here even played previous Fallouts?

I wouldn't count on it.

Is there anyone that would take a mod request? I think it would be cool if there was a haircut that was bald with the hitman barcode.

ps. Sorry if this is in the wrong place T_T

I got this game for christmas and I've only just started playing it last week, but it's absolutely fantastic. Though, my framerate is terrible, even with everything set on low. I mean in the beginning the game scanned my laptop and said set my graphics settings accordingly... only not, because it basically said I could run it on medium/high-ish. I have to run it on lowest everything or else it's basically unplayable.

Does anyone know of any ways to speed up the framerate on lower end machines?

Hey, you know the tallon mercs, can you ever join them? :)

No, you cannot join Talon Co. or the raiders no matter how low your karma is apparently.

Vault 101 – Jewel of the Wastes. For 200 years, Vault 101 has faithfully served the surviving residents of Washington DC and its environs, now known as the Capital Wasteland. Though the global atomic war of 2077 left the US all but destroyed, the residents of Vault 101 enjoy a life free from the constant stress of the outside world. Giant Insects, Raiders, Slavers, and yes, even Super Mutants are all no match for superior Vault-Tec engineering. Yet one fateful morning, you awake to find that your father has defied the Overseer and left the comfort and security afforded by Vault 101 for reasons unknown. Leaving the only home you’ve ever known, you emerge from the Vault into the harsh Wasteland sun to search for your father, and the truth.
