1) You usually (not fully needed) party with other characters.
In GTA:SA you can recruit gang members and friends in order to do drive-by's in missions.

2) Need to talk with some characters.
You talk with MANY characters in GTA:SA.

3) Increase your abilities by EXP points (ussualy)
Not all the time and even so, in this game you can upgrade your stats by using your weapons more and running/working out.

4) Have a real deep history in a totally fictional world (with non-existant species).
No, not all RPG's need this.

GTA III had none of those, except for a storyline that was forged by the games that followed it.

What was the point of that, caboose?
This is GTA:SA, not GTAIII

NO THEY AREN'T!

You are simply INVENTING the meaning of RPG. In a RPG:

1) You usually (not fully needed) party with other characters.
2) Need to talk with some characters.
3) Increase your abilities by EXP points (ussualy)
4) Have a real deep history in a totally fictional world (with non-existant species).

Oh,and in case you think that I have invented that while I was writing, you can see a close description in sites like Wikipedia (CRPGs part)

Someone should've made the mod which can lose the cops just like GTAIV.
You know what I mean, outrun, outmanuever, or outgun them.

You can now post at this page again. Both Xero and Tom have said that the GTA games are here to stay. I qoute Xero: "We can't do anything about it because it has become an important game owning to the amount of submissions that have been added for it lately." If you don't trust me send one of them a PM.

The game is set in the fictional state of San Andreas, comprising three metropolitan cities. Set in March 1992, San Andreas revolves around gang member Carl "CJ" Johnson returning home from Liberty City to Los Santos after learning of his mother's murder. CJ finds his family and his old friends and family in disarray. Over the course of the game, CJ gradually unravels the plot behind his mother's murder while exploring his own business ventures. Like other games in the series, San Andreas is composed of elements from driving games and third-person shooters, and features "open-world" gameplay that gives the player more control over their playing experience. The game adds several features, such as car customization, and character personalization.
